I was interviewed to tell the story of how I began developing an AI assistant for scientific research, and about the role of AI in teaching.

The interview is in Portuguese, and my usual script couldn't handle the salganhada to make a proper transcription. Still, I hope this helps the project gain more supporters.
Bruno Amaral describes himself as an incorrigible optimist! He was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) in 2019 and is using technology to improve his quality of life and that of others suffering from the same disease. He co-created GregoryAI, a digital assistant that uses Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to continuously search for reliable sources in any field, indexing and filtering the results into a searchable database. Bruno is a professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon. He is a Digital Strategist and strives to bridge the gap between technology and communication. He founded and works at Lisbon Collective.
