I am a Digital Strategist, balancing technology and creativity.
My consulting work is done through the Lisbon Collective, and I teach AI and Digital Communication at the Polytechnic University of Lisbon.
My passion project is the website Gregory-MS, where I use AI to help people with Multiple Sclerosis and neurology researchers stay up to date with the latest research and clinical trials.
Currently developing guides and resources for AI in Higher Education as part of the AI-HED project.

Previous Work
Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across agencies, corporations, and academia, focusing on digital communication, strategy, and innovation. My experience goes from roles in public relations, user experience, and digital strategy, as well as teaching at universities.
- Digital Strategy & Innovation – Led digital intelligence and strategy at EDP, consulted for agencies such as comOn and Fullsix.
- Communication & PR – Early career included work with Ogilvy, Lewis PR, and Imago, gaining experience in reputation management and online communication.
- User Experience & Research – Worked with Webnographer on UX research and digital behaviour analysis.
- Academic Roles – Assistant Professor at ESCS, Polytechnic University of Lisbon, and previously at the University of Cape Verde, teaching digital communication and PR.
- Entrepreneurship – Founder of Lisbon Collective, a consultancy network, and GregoryAi, applying AI to accelerate medical research.

Sometimes I find myself working on projects that require a bigger spotlight. I call these Stories because a project doesn’t sound serious. A project doesn’t have to end, it may never see the light of day. A Story always begins and it always ends. It’s a work of art and passion and something we share with people we care about.
